Breakfast with BTEO (Belonging to Each Other) at Falmouth Jewish Congregation

Free of charge and open to the public, but advance registration is required by Monday, January 15 at the latest

The number of unsheltered people on the Cape is at record highs. Here in Falmouth, BTEO is doing important work to address the situation. BTEO provides loving support and guidance to neighbors as they transition to stable housing. It provides wintertime transitional/temporary housing for adults experiencing homelessness in Falmouth and year-round housing restoration services. Come hear about this successful local non-profit addressing homelessness in Falmouth from its staff and from FJC members who volunteer and serve on this non-profit’s board of directors. Hear about its history, mission and goals for the future, including their effort to purchase a residence and no longer rely on rentals.

  • 24 people housed, ages 28-84 years old (45% over age 60)
  • 1790 nights in residence provided through March
  • 764 days of meals provided and 2292 ready-to-eat meals
