Please join us in remembering the men and women lost in 2021 on the Cape and Islands while experiencing homelessness. Sponsored by Belonging to Each Other, a non-profit organization based in Falmouth, Massachusetts that guides our neighbors experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity in their transition to more stable housing, by providing temporary cold-weather housing and year-round, loving, supportive services.
