A Note of Thanks from Pamela Rothstein
Being honored by the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce as Citizen of the Year allowed me to reflect: on my various activities in the town, on the rewards of partnering with extraordinary individuals on meaningful projects, on my past 22 years in Falmouth, and on causes and projects that might lie in the future.
Foremost in my thoughts is my identity as a Jew motivated by the call to Tikkun Olam (repair of the world). For the privilege of nurturing this core value through my professional work, as well as my civic work, I thank FJC. If my honor in turn brought honor to FJC, I am grateful. To all who attended the award dinner, know that I was moved and honored by your presence. To all who have honored me through the Mitzvah of Tzedakah to FJC, I offer my humble and heartfelt thanks. The kindness and embrace of the FJC community have deeply touched me.
