2020 Jewish Film Festival

2020 VIRTUAL JEWISH FILM FESTIVAL
July 7 – August 18

A Message from Festival Director Pamela Rothstein.

Greetings!

I was so looking forward to seeing you for another great season of inspiring and stimulating films in Falmouth’s 2020 Jewish Film Festival. But the world has shifted and, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all Falmouth Jewish Congregation programming has gone virtual, including this year’s film festival.

There’s good news and bad news.

The good news: Falmouth Jewish Congregation’s leadership, recognizing the many positive benefits of the film festival, has decided to offer this year’s festival FREE to all congregation members, as well as members of FJC Sisterhood and Brotherhood. Once again, we are grateful to the Jewish Federation of Cape Cod for supporting the festival with its generous sponsorship.

The bad news: Due to distribution limitations, we are not able to offer this year’s festival to the community at large. This is, indeed, unfortunate, because the involvement of the community adds so much to our discussions and brings the entertainment and educational components of these films to a broader audience.
